What are your prices?

How long does it take to receive my purchased written document (resume, cover letter, or miscellaneous documents)?


Work begins on all written documents once payment is received, your consultation is completed, and we receive all necessary supporting documentation and/or information. Once work is started on a written document, you can expect to receive a copy of the initial draft via email within 5 business days.




Are there any refunds on purchased and/or canceled services?


Please refer to our Refunds clause in our "Terms & Conditions" for complete information regarding refunds and cancellations.




What can I expect to receive from a consulting service?


After purchasing a consulting service, you can expect the following next steps: 1. You will receive an email to book your strategy session based on your availability. 2. You will receive a confirmation email with information on how to access and join your scheduled session via Zoom. 3. During the session, you will work with our Lead Career Consultant to address your needs based on your selected topic. You are encouraged to bring materials to take notes and ask questions. 4. Your session will be recorded, and upon completion of your strategy session, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions to access your recorded session. 5. Depending on the service purchased, you will receive additional support via email for a set number of days (please refer to the service description for further info).




Do you offer rush delivery of written documents?


Quality of service is of utmost importance to our team, and our established turnaround times have been defined to ensure all clients receive the highest quality service rendering. We understand that circumstances may occur where clients may need written documents in an expedient manner. Therefore, rush delivery needs are addressed on a case-by-case basis according to the workload of our team. When purchasing your service, please indicate your request for rush delivery, and a member of our team will contact you via email to further understand your needs and confirm if rush delivery is available. In the event that rush delivery is available and confirmed, you will be required to pay an additional $75 rush delivery fee.




How can I book Kenyetta for a speaking engagement?


We are always grateful for your consideration and interest in inviting Kenyetta to speak at your upcoming event. We request that you submit a booking request via the "Press & Public Speaking" tab, and a member of our team will contact you via email within 48 business hours.
