Under no circumstances will Ambition Evolve Career Services be held liable for the Client’s decisions and actions regarding their career and/or professional development plans. While our Company can control the service(s) and products we provide, there are various elements beyond our control, such as the methods in which the Client uses the purchased product/service in their career and/or professional development plans, the current state of the job market, local/national/global competition, current events, the Client’s personal judgment and/or mistakes, etc. As a result, we cannot be held liable for the Client’s actual career and/or professional development outcomes.

Payments for Services & Products
A non-refundable deposit of $100 (USD) is required to begin the purchase process for any “Career Package” or “A La Carte” service. This deposit will cover the required pre-consultation session and resume review. Should the Client decide to move forward with the service that the deposit was paid for, remaining fees must be remitted in full prior to start of work on service/product. For any service advertised on our Company’s website that is less than $100 (USD), the full price must be remitted prior to start of work. Moreover, fees for any consulting session service, including but not limited to interview preparation, mock interview, salary negotiation, and job/internship search, must be remitted in full prior to the scheduling of said session type whether purchasing via third party financing (PayPal credit, Klarna, etc.) or paying via credit/debit card.
Service delivery timeline begins when full payment is completed AND all requested materials and/or information has been communicated by the Client to our Company. No work beyond the pre-consultation session will begin until full remittance of payment is received. The Client will receive an invoice for remaining fees immediately after the completion of the pre-consultation session if applicable. If the invoice is not paid within 48 hours for said service request, the project may be placed on hold or scheduled for a later date. Invoices left unpaid for more than 10 calendar days are considered “abandoned.” Service and product prices are subject to change at our Company’s discretion, and if the Client returns to the project at any time in the future, the invoice will be updated according to current pricing.
If, at any point, it is determined that the Client’s initial service or package selection does not accurately reflect the client's professional experience level, the Company maintains the right to issue an invoice with pricing that more accurately reflects the client's professional experience level and/or service needs.
